Seeing this made my day. It appears that the potential solution brought on another potential problem. The condo board has placed these signs throughout my community hoping that the message will change behavior. It looks like it worked. You so know that some idiot will suggest placing additional signs to keep litter in the trash. Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T

Yeah...I wish. The board chose not to purchase the sign posts that have the attached bins.
